Lead Installer – Hands-On Work, Great Pay, Strong Team

We’re a local, family-owned business that specializes in transforming garages with high-performance floor coatings, storage systems, and garage door installations. Every day brings a new job site, a new challenge, and a fresh chance to build something solid.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a small crew on residential install projects
- Installing garage floor coatings (epoxy/polyaspartic)
- Setting up custom garage storage cabinets and slat wall panels
- Installing or replacing garage doors and openers
- Using power tools, leveling systems, and your mechanical know-how to get clean, pro results
- Making homeowners proud of their garage!
What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience as a crew/team lead
- Experience with garage door installation is a big plus
- Strong with power tools and basic carpentry

Reliable, organized, and a solid communicator
- Valid Driver’s License and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Someone who takes pride in physical work and likes to stay busy
- A natural leader who can motivate the team and keep things moving
